How do I update my payment information?

Alternatively, you may follow the steps below

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner and select Account Settings from the drop-down menu.
3. Scroll down to 'Payment Methods' on the Plan Settings page.
4. Alternatively, you can select ‘Payment Methods’ from the option on the left.
5. Select ‘Change Payment Method’.
6. Click 'Add'.
7. Enter new payment information, click ‘Add’ then click 'Save'.

On your HelloFresh App :

1. Log in to your account on the app.
2. Click on the 'Settings' icon at the bottom right-hand corner
3. Click 'Payment Methods' then select ‘Change Payment Method’.
4. Select ‘Add’, then update your payment information.
5. Once done, click ‘Add’ and then ‘Save’.
